The Launch List
Joining the Launch List sends your email address and consent to the existing Human Experience subscription service, operated through Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. This book website uses that same list. It does not create a separate subscriber database. Use the unsubscribe link in your book emails to manage your subscription, or contact Nerissa.
Enquiries
Your name, email, optional organisation, subject and note are sent to the private Ignite Group Central Lead Dashboard in Google Sheets so Nerissa can respond. Making an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Reader reviews
Your review, name, email, chapter reference and any company or job title you choose to provide are sent to the private dashboard for Nerissa to review. Your email is used for a thank-you acknowledgement and any response from Nerissa; it is not published or added to a marketing list. The publication checkbox records your permission to publish your review, name and optional company or job title. Submitting a review does not make it public. Publication requires Nerissa’s approval. Please do not include another person’s private information.
Website services
Netlify hosts this website and its form connections. Google hosts the existing subscription and lead systems. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts. These services receive the connection information needed to serve the website.
The site retains a submission reference, a one-way fingerprint of the request and its acknowledgement to prevent accidental duplicate submissions. These receipts do not contain your email, name or review text. Your submitted details are held in the private systems described above.
Your browser and sharing
The invitation remembers whether it has been shown, dismissed or followed by an accepted signup request. It stores only these flags in your browser, not your form entries. You can clear them through your browser’s site-data settings.
Share buttons open the service you choose. They do not automatically publish a post. This version does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. You can read the sample chapter and team reading guide without joining the Launch List.

When someone shares the free team guide
The sender provides their name and email and the recipient’s email, with an optional recipient name. We send one guide invitation on the sender’s behalf, record both contacts and the referral in our private lead register, and notify Nerissa. The sender’s name appears in the invitation.
The sender confirms that the recipient would welcome the guide. Neither person is automatically subscribed to marketing emails. Recipients can choose to join the Launch List through the invitation. Repeated invitations are limited to prevent unwanted email.
